It has that retro appearance, which fits in nicely with the rest of our kitchen.
We did wonder if all the food that was in the old refrigerator would fit, it did – though a few “mystery food” items had to be tossed.
And, so, we bid farewell to our old LG refrigerator for its years of faithful service (5 years).

We like the retro look. We had one in the old house, even though some non-meezer-types didn’t get why we chose to go with that look for all our appliances. Because it was an old kitchen in an 1950s house! The geese.
Anyway, we didn’t get a new refrigerator like you guys but we did get some other kind of refrigeration–a cold front and 5 inches of surprise snow overnight!
So long as there is room for my food, I don’t care what it looks like!
